🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Every item is made on-demand by our print partner and ships from the USA, Canada, or Europe—whichever facility is closest to you.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Production time: 2 – 5 business days
Transit time: 3 – 7 business days (US/Canada), 5 – 12 business days (International)
Q: Will I pay customs fees?
A: Orders to the USA, Canada, EU & UK rarely incur duties. For all other regions, local customs may apply; any fees are the customer’s responsibility.
📦 Orders & Tracking
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your package leaves the facility you’ll get an e-mail with a tracking link. You can also use our Order Tracking page at any time.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Because we print on-demand, you have 12 hours after purchase to e-mail us at moffli.shop@gmail.com for edits or cancellations.
Please note: Orders are processed quickly. If your request comes in after production has started, we may not be able to cancel or change your order.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Something’s wrong with my item—what now?
A: Snap a photo and e-mail us within 14 days of delivery. If it’s our fault (print error, damaged item, wrong size shipped), we’ll replace or refund—your choice.
Q: Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
A: Because every piece is custom-printed, we only replace or refund items with manufacturing issues. Please double-check sizes before ordering!
👕 Product & Sizing
Q: Do your tees fit true-to-size?
A: Most styles are relaxed/oversized by design. Check the size chart on each product page. When in doubt, measure your favorite tee and compare it to our chart.
Q: What fabrics do you use?
A: We print on soft, mid-weight 100% cotton (or cotton-rich blends for certain colors). Detailed specs are listed on each product page.
